The Presenter

Anita Rani is presenter of Four Rooms. She is also a regular reporter on BBC One's The One Show and joined the Watchdog team two yeas ago. She has also presented Rogue Restaurant series alongside Matt Allwright in 2009.

Growing up in Bradford, Anita started her broadcasting career early with her own show on Sunrise Radio at the age of 14. She went on to study Broadcasting at Leeds University before going on to work as a TV researcher for the BBC and various independent TV companies.

Her natural on-screen talent quickly got noticed and she was made the face of Street Beat for UK Play. From here, she has gone on to host a wide variety of TV programmes including The Edit on Five, Network East, The State We're In, Spring Break Live, The Chart, Poetry Slam and 5 News. She has also co-presented Cricket AM on Sky Sports and worked on various radio shows including presenting World Have your Say on the BBC World Service and Weekend Breakfast on Radio Five Live. She is frequently asked to cover various shows on BBC Radio 6 Music.
