Acquiring and scheduling films, sitcoms, dramas and complimentary programming

Programme Acquisition purchases and schedules around 900 films a year including The Hunger Games, Rush and Prometheus. It also acquires Channel 4´s distinctive range of sitcoms and dramas such as Homeland, Nashville, The Big Bang Theory, New Girl, 2 Broke Girls and The Good Wife.
Programme Acquisition purchases programming for all C4 channels including E4, More4 and Film4. The department does not acquire one-off documentaries, for all documentary submissions please go to 4Producers on the Commissioning homepage.
