On his SAS: Who Dares Wins experience: “It was truly an amazing, once in a lifetime experience and one I will treasure for the rest of my life. It definitely taught me about myself and I know I can draw on some of the experiences for my continuing growth… I enjoyed the orienteering, I enjoyed the beach rugby game, I enjoyed meeting a whole host of different people and making lifelong friends. But the best part for me was getting better at talking to people about my Crohn's and learning I didn't have to be so private/embarrassed about it.”
