Everything took me by suprise and I felt I got to know myself on a deeper level. I'd travelled the globe for several years to experience what I experienced on the show and I got what I needed out of it.”
The best part of her SAS: Who Dares Wins experience?: “being instructed to throw myself into open water without any buoyancy aid. I was sincerely petrified! But also elated to be able to conquer my fears. Not many people can say they were willing to do something they feared the most.”
