In Selling Super Houses, eight aspiring agents compete for the job of a lifetime – showcasing and selling super prime properties for PK, at his exclusive independent property agency.
Viewers are promised multi-million-pound luxe properties and cutthroat competition in this groundbreaking super prime property series.
Episode 1 - Tuesday 29 August 9pm, Channel 4
Meet Paul Kemsley (nicknamed PK), serial entrepreneur and property mogul. He’s returning to the UK from LA, after 13 years and setting up a new super prime property division in London.
Eight hopefuls are being given the opportunity to compete for the job of a lifetime - a role as a super prime real estate agent within premier London property agency, RIB. Each week they’ll face property-based challenges to test their skills – all set in the super prime world of high-end luxe listings.
This week's challenge is to host an open house event at one of the agency's most exclusive properties, worth a huge £20million.
First impressions count, and the trainees must show they’ve got what it takes to make it in this industry. Which of them will rise to the challenge and which will buckle under the pressure? And most importantly, can any of them secure a sale?
Episode 2 - Tuesday 5 September 9 10pm, Channel 4
Last week the eight aspiring super prime estate agents hosted their first open house event in one of the agency’s most exclusive and high-end properties.
After mixed results, PK decides to give all eight hopefuls a second chance to prove themselves in this week's challenge – conducting a house tour at a celebrity mansion.
Unbeknown to the trainees, the owner of the mansion in Hampstead is music legend Boy George and he’s got some very interesting house rules that all the trainees must abide by...
To top the challenge off, PK’s wife Dorit Kemsley – a Real Housewife of Beverley Hills – has flown over to join Boy George in the judging of the house tours and after some tough feedback, the first trainee is asked to leave the competition.
Episode 3 - Tuesday 12 September 10:15pm, Channel 4
Last week, the first trainee left the competition. This week PK piles on the pressure with a huge marketing task – to produce a video tour, particulars and high spec presentation on two super prime houses.
Tensions mount as the trainees feel the strain of the task and disagreements hinder the final product, resulting in a losing team.
Following the presentations, PK hosts a high stakes networking lunch with industry professionals and a surprise elevator pitch is sprung upon the losing team. And PK has a tough decision to make as another trainee is asked to leave the process.
