Snow and Balding to present Our Greatest Team parade

Channel 4's Paralympics presenters, Jon Snow and Clare Balding will host live coverage of Our Greatest Team parade of Paralympic and Olympic heroes from 12.50pm on Monday on Channel 4.

As London 2012 draws to a close, Channel 4 will broadcast live coverage of the parade through London - which will include around 750 athletes from Team GB and ParalympicsGB on 21 floats travelling from Mansion House in the City of London, past landmarks including St Paul's Cathedral and Trafalgar Square  before making its way down The  Mall.

Jon and Clare will kick off coverage from 12.50pm, with Jon based in a special studio at Canada Gate, overlooking Buckingham Palace and The Mall, where he will be joined through the afternoon by some of the presenters and experts who have guided viewers through Channel 4's Paralympics coverage including Ade Adepitan, Daraine Mulvihill, Danny Crates, Rachel Latham; and The Last Leg's Adam Hills and Alex Brooker.

Clare Balding and Iwan Thomas will be out and about capturing the unique atmosphere of the parade as they join the sportsmen and women making their way through the capital on the convey of floats.  Krishnan Guru-Murthy will provide commentary of events alongside former Paralympian and Channel 4 analyst, Giles Long.
