Stand Up for the Week returns with a brand new line up and host
Category: News ReleaseChannel 4 has commissioned Open Mike to produce a third series of Stand Up for the Week, a six part topical stand up show due to air in November. Stand Up for the Week is a late night, edgy, satirical take on the big stories and themes of the week, as seen through the eyes of some of the country's best comedians.
Hosted by Jon Richardson, the show will feature a regular team of stand ups - Seann Walsh, Sara Pascoe, Rich Hall, Josh Widdicombe and Paul Chowdrhy - giving their unique and hilariously razor sharp take on their own specialist area, including the week's news, politics, sport and showbiz shenanigans.
Filmed at the Clapham Grand, London the show will be recorded in front of a live audience.
