Stath Lets Flats: Character Descriptions

STATH

Stath (Jamie Demetriou) is a chaotic Greek-Cypriot lettings agent, working for his dad in North London. He is desperate to prove himself worthy of taking over the family business, Michael & Eagle, but is let down by his epic incompetence and divisive personality.

 

SOPHIE

Stath’s cheery, put-upon sister Sophie (Natasia Demetriou) doesn’t work at Michael & Eagle, but is always expected to help out. She dreams of being a professional dancer, despite her complete lack of talent.

 

AL

Painfully shy Michael & Eagle employee Al (Alistair Roberts) is worshipped by the family for reasons no one else can understand. Al struggles to keep up a long-distance relationship with his Japanese girlfriend, but is clearly besotted with Sophie.

 

VASOS

Stath’s eccentric dad Vasos (Christos Stergioglou) is approaching 70 and longs to retire, but fears his useless children can’t survive without him.

 

CAROLE

Apprentice-wannabe Carole (Katy Wix) is Michael & Eagle’s top-performing agent and Stath’s biggest rival to become manager. She lives to let flats and flaunt it in front of her colleagues.

 

DEAN

Disillusioned lettings agent Dean (Kiell Smith-Bynoe) is unfortunate enough to see his meaningless job for what it is and struggles to get through the day at Michael & Eagle.

 

MARCUS

Marcus (Alex Beckett) is Michael & Eagle’s relentlessly cheerful and hugely irritating accounts guy, who is clearly going through a midlife crisis.
