Stath Lets Flats: Episode Synopses

EPISODE 1 - A PUSHY BOY

Chaotic letting agent Stath needs to impress his dad (and boss) Vasos and let some flats, after losing his patience and pushing a customer. However, he struggles to pick up the phone as fast as the other agents to arrange viewings. In an act of desperation he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole but things don’t go to plan. Meanwhile, Stath’s sister Sophie is left to take Al to hospital after a nasty accident in the office.

 

EPISODE 2 - A ABSOLUTELY GARDEN

Stath is still struggling to let any flats, so he is delighted when his dad gives him a garden flat to let in a desirable area. Thinking it will sell itself, Stath only books one viewing. However the viewing doesn’t go to plan when they see the garden. Meanwhile Sophie and Al get closer while trying to help Stath with the job.

 

EPISODE 3 - A JOB IS A CHANGE

After Stath accidentally burns down a property, he falls out with his exasperated dad. He manages to land himself a job at the slick agency next door, Smethwicks. It’s a chance for Stath to prove himself outside the family business - but he struggles to fit in with their ‘work hard, play hard’ culture. Al tries to train Sophie as Stath’s replacement, but although the pair bond, she isn’t cut out for the lettings world.

 

EPISODE 4 - A COMPLETELY FOOTBALL

Stath is psyched up for the annual inter-agency football tournament - it’s a chance to get one over rival agency Smethwicks. When he finds out he’s been dropped from the team, he takes desperate measures to get on the pitch. The post-match drinks result in a passionate tryst between an unlikely couple. Meanwhile Sophie and best friend Katia plan a surprise dance to show off their talents at the tournament.

 

EPISODE 5 - A ROMANCE OF LOVE

After a night of drunken passion with his former rival Carole, Stath is infatuated, but will his feelings be reciprocated? Meanwhile it’s results day at College for Sophie. Stath had promised to take her but is caught up in his own drama and she turns to Al for support.

 

EPISODE 6 -IT’S A MANAGER DAY

Vasos is turning 70 and a party is planned for the end of the working day. Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business to him, but when Carole demands a head to head interview for the position, Stath is out of his depth. Who will Vasos choose to become manager? Elsewhere, Sophie tries to avoid Al while his Japanese girlfriend is in town, but she's forced to hang out with them at her dad’s birthday party.
