The SuperScrimpers have got ingenious penny-pinching tips by the bucketload, with advice on cleaning the house, entertaining the kids, and even cutting the price of home improvement.

In a new strand, some of their very best money-saving tips are supersized into SuperScrimper Masterclasses, and members of the public can learn scrimping skills like sewing, cooking with cheap meats, and car maintenance.

And Britain's overspending families are given the ultimate reality check - the £50 SuperScrimper Challenge - for weekly shops, days out or meal planning.
