Tanya O'Sullivan new Head of Airtime Management and Airtime Operations

Jonathan Allan, Channel 4's Director of Sales, today announced the appointment of Tanya O'Sullivan as Head of Airtime Management and Airtime Operations - completing his Channel 4 ad sales leadership team.

A former Head of Airtime and Sales Operations at Channel 5, Tanya will be responsible for leading and developing the Airtime Management and Advertising Operations function to maximise advertising revenue from commercial airtime.  In the role, she will oversee airtime management, inventory, VOD and online operations, and breaks and ratings, for Channel 4's Ad Sales team.

Previously Head of Airtime and Sales Operations at Channel 5 which incorporated the management of the Sales Operations team, in May 2011 Tanya left to launch an Executive Search company specialising in the international Pharmaceutical sector. She has previously worked as an Associate Director, TV Planning and Buying for CIA Medianetwork and as a TV Planner Buyer for The Media Centre.

Tanya is the final appointment in Jonathan Allan's Channel 4 ad sales leadership team - alongside Heads of Agency Sales Matt Salmon and Damon Lafford, Head of Trading Ed Chalmers and Head of Digital Innovation and Partnerships Jonathan Lewis.
