Comedy World Cup 5/7
Hosted by David Tennant, and featuring the pick of Britain's finest comedy talent, Comedy World Cup is a new panel show in which Tennant referees two teams of comedians as they compete against each other in a hilarious knockout competition. In each episode the teams, whose careers and comedy know-how span a total of 100 years, pit their wits against each other in a series of rounds. It's the first of the semi-finals with Alan Carr, Sara Pascoe and Clive Anderson who take on the might of Johnny Vegas, Josh Widdicombe and Mick Miller.

The second series of the Emmy Award-winning, dark, compelling US thriller starring Damian Lewis and Claire Danes. The boys are excited: grandma is coming for dinner, and tonight she's bringing her new boyfriend; 82 year-old Lou Morris, a horrible, vain man, who sports a trilby and a Hitler-ish moustache. None of the family can see what lovely grandma sees in him. Dad hides in his shed. But none of the family are quite prepared for what happens when Mr Morris suddenly loses his temper.

Sing for Your Life
As part of Channel 4's week of Stand Up To Cancer programming throughout the week, Sing for Your Life tells the story of the incredible journey taken by a unique choir. In this one-off documentary, 35 cancer patients come together to learn to sing and to test the ground-breaking theory that singing may help people battling the illness. Within the space of just 12 weeks, they juggle treatment sessions and rehearsals and get help from singing stars including Emeli Sande and Russell Watson. Their adventure takes them all the way to the Royal Albert Hall... But will they pull off the performance of their lives?

Jewish Mum of the Year 2/4
When The Jewish News launched a nationwide competition to find the ultimate Jewish mum, women applied from all walks of Jewish life and eight super mums were chosen to go head to head in the mother of all competitions - Jewish Mum of the Year. Episode two starts with only six mums left and facing the formidable task of matchmaking. Richard Ferrer, editor of the Jewish News, and Judges Tracy-Ann Oberman and Professor Dovid Katz present the mission to the hopeful Yentas (Jewish matchmakers): they must find 29- year-old Nicola the perfect match. Jews at Ten follows straight after on More4 (and is repeated on C4 on Thursday night).

Grand Designs 5/12
The 100th episode of Grand Designs is marked by a truly momentous project. Leigh Osborne and Graham Voce want to convert and extend a landmark 150-year-old, 100-foot-high water tower right in the heart of central London. Grade II listed, but utterly derelict, with six foot thick walls and crowned with a huge steel tank - it is an almighty task. As if this isn't challenging enough, Graham and Leigh also plan to build two additional contemporary structures at the base: a new lift shaft connected to the tower by a series of glass tunnels, and a modern living space nicknamed the 'Cube'. But a tight schedule and soaring budget make this a stress-laden build...

As part of Channel 4's week of Stand Up To Cancer programming, the Embarrassing Bodies doctors take an emotional medical journey with cancer patients. Dr Christian meets Josh, who tragically lost half his face following the diagnosis of a rare cancer, orbital melanoma. He also meets Danny, who's been diagnosed with bladder cancer at just 39. Forty-nine-year-old Julie comes to see Dr Dawn having overcome breast cancer eight years ago and hoping to now have her breasts rebuilt with a pioneering technique. And Dr Dawn meets 22-year-old Natalie as she undergoes radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Dr Pixie offers a guide to the pitfalls of bowel cancer. And celebrities share their personal stories of how cancer has affected them; including Peter Andre, Ken Hom, Jenny Frost, John Hartson, Matt Dawson and Dawn Porter.
