In this episode of The Great Celebrity Bake Off for SU2C, Matt Lucas invites four more celebrities into the tent to showcase their baking skills. They are journalist and presenter Stacey Dooley, Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall, internet personality KSI and comedian Katherine Ryan.

They’ll face three challenges set by judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood. In the signature challenge they’re asked to make cocktail flavoured fondant fancies, they have their pastry skills tested in the technical and in the showstopper they create a scene showing the judges something they can’t live without, all from biscuit and meringue.

They’re all baking to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer, and to encourage viewers to do the same.

Can you bake? I can bake, and I live by my mother’s ethos, which is “If you can read, you can bake.” Some people live on the edge, they don’t want to follow instructions. I’m happy just to read along and try my best. I’m sometimes messy, and obviously there are disasters that happen along the way, but as a concept, I think I do understand baking.

Can you bake? No. I’m particularly bad. I definitely think I’ll be the weakest on the show. But you know what, we’re here to raise money, so we just need to make as much money as possible and raise awareness, and it’s all for charity, so you sort of don’t mind making an arse of yourself, because it’s for a good cause.
