Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg will be making a highly anticipated appearance on this Friday's (30th Jan) live episode of the award-winning Channel 4 topical entertainment show 'The Last Leg'.    Nick Clegg accepted the challenge from host Adam Hills when a few episodes ago Adam laid down the gauntlet to invite UK politicians on the show to debate with co-host Alex Brooker, an open non-voter, about the importance of voting in the pending General Election.

Information on The Last Leg

Now in its sixth series on Channel 4, the award-winning show ‘The Last Leg’ returns live to Friday nights Channel 4 this January for eight episodes.

Returning as host is 2013 British Comedy Award winner Adam Hills and co-hosts Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker. The trio will continue to take a look at the main talking points of the week with irreverence and satire.

Each week, Adam, Josh and Alex are joined by a live studio audience and a weekly special celebrity guest.  Guests this series so far have included Richard Ayoade, Alan Davis, Dara O Briain and Kathy Burke.  Future guests include Stephen Mangan, Sarah Millican and David Mitchell.

The show also sees the return of the all-encompassing question: Is It Ok? Viewers at home and the live studio audience will be encouraged to ask this question about anything from the week, without fear of judgement. Once again, our three hosts will attempt to step into the minefield of sometimes difficult and delicate areas and answer the questions with their own inimitable insight.
