E4 zips up its snow boots for 'The Jump' sister show

As a host of famous faces continue their gruelling training in preparation for the second series of daring winter sports competition, The Jump,  Channel 4’s Commissioning Editor for Factual Entertainment, Tom Beck, has announced E4 will be warming up to the main event each evening with ‘The Jump – On The Piste’.

Complete with their diamanté encrusted jumpsuits, our celebrity contenders will be joining host Cherry Healey as they get closer and closer to stealing The Jump Cowbell Trophy from last year’s champion Joe McElderry.

Cherry will be slope side to bring E4 viewers up to speed on all the behind the scenes scrapes, scraps and mishaps from the competition, counting down with the celebs as they mentally and physically prepare for the nightly live challenges and potentially face the live ski Jump over on Channel 4.
Cherry will also be discussing all the action from the previous day’s events as well as bringing viewers up to date on news from Innsbruck and interviews with the contestants, their friends and family and some very special guests.

Speaking on the commission, Beck said ‘With a brilliant cast and some brand new terrifying events The Jump 2015 is set to be even more thrilling than last year. And I’m really excited that Cherry will be bringing all the extra action and highlights to E4 viewers – it’s going to be quite a ride’.
