Mary Portas: Secret Shopper

Retail guru and customer service champion Mary Portas returns for a third series of Secret Shopper bringing her expertise to help a range of retailers who are in need of some fresh ideas to transform the customer experience and, in turn, their businesses.

The six-part series will see Mary evaluate the business from shop floor to stock room and to help Mary will enlist some secret shoppers to find out what it’s really like to be a customer in the shops she has taken under her wing. Armed with this information Mary will show the staff and owners where they are going wrong and work with them to make changes, big and small, that she hopes will offer better service to their customers and increase profits.

Mary will pull out all the stops to help businesses thrive – but will her advice be welcome?

Taking place in Monaco’s Port Herculé, the centre of the yachting universe which moors some of the largest, most expensive and most glamorous mega-yachts in the Mediterranean.

From curing chronic acne to turning extreme dental disasters into a perfect smile Katie will be finding out what damage that we can do to our bodies by shying away from medical maintenance and what can be done to help.

Taking a step inside the shoes of some of the most ambitious home-makers in Britain’s history, the series will be revealing the hidden history of our priceless heritage from a new perspective.
