JERRY BRUCKHEIMER

(Executive Producer)

Jerry Bruckheimer is one of the most successful and honored film and television producers in entertainment history. His films have earned worldwide revenues of over $16 billion in box office and have been acknowledged with numerous honors, including 41 Academy Award® nominations and six wins, eight Grammy Award nominations and five wins, 23 Golden Globe nominations and four wins, and 113 Emmy® Award nominations and 22 wins.

Emerging from the world of advertising, Bruckheimer’s producing career began with such memorable films as Farewell, My Lovely and American Gigolo. With producing partner Don Simpson, the pair produced one hit after another, including Flashdance, Top Gun, Days of Thunder, Beverly Hills Cop and Beverly Hills Cop II, Bad Boys, Dangerous Minds, Crimson Tide and The Rock. Following Simpson’s passing, Bruckheimer produced even greater hits, among them Con Air, Armageddon, Enemy of the State, Gone in 60 Seconds, Remember the Titans, Pearl Harbor, Black Hawk Down, Glory Road, National Treasure and its follow-up National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Déjà Vu, Confessions of a Shopaholic, G-Force, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and the huge Pirates of the Caribbean series, with the latest, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which collectively has amassed $3.7 billion at the worldwide box office. He also recently produced The Lone Ranger, starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer.

Next up for Bruckheimer is the paranormal thriller Beware the Night and the fifth entry in the highly successful and popular Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He also is producing the upcoming unscripted television series Marshal Law: Texas for TNT.

Other television series produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television (JBTV) include CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and its spin-offs, CSI: Miami and CSI: NY, which represent one of the most successful ventures in television history, Cold Case, Without a Trace and the nine-time (eight of them won consecutively) Emmy® Award–winning Outstanding Reality-Competition Program The Amazing Race.

JONATHAN LITTMAN

(Executive Producer)

Jonathan Littman, executive producer of Hostages, is a New Jersey native and graduate of Vassar College. Littman began his career in entertainment on Broadway, working as both a stage manager and casting director. He moved from theater to television, starting at ABC in children’s and late-night programming, and then joined NBC as director of daytime programs, overseeing game shows and daytime dramas such as Concentration and Santa Barbara. In 1991, Littman left NBC for the still fledgling Fox network and spent the next six years working in both current programming and drama development, where he was involved in the development and day-to-day management of such hits as Beverly Hills, 90210; Melrose Place; and The X-Files.

In 1997, Littman left Fox to create and run a television division for film producer Jerry Bruckheimer. As president of Jerry Bruckheimer Television (JBTV), he has been responsible for the development and production of all Bruckheimer series. Since the inception of the company, JBTV has produced over 1500 episodes of television, with series seen weekly by more than 80 million viewers around the world. In addition to Hostages, the company currently has three other series in production: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, the multi Emmy®-winning series The Amazing Race and upcoming series Marshal Law: Texas for TNT. Littman serves as executive producer of all the series.

JEFFREY NACHMANOFF

(Executive Producer)

Hostages executive producer Jeffrey Nachmanoff began his career in feature films, co-writing the screenplay for The Day After Tomorrow, which starred Dennis Quaid, Jake Gyllenhaal and Emmy Rossum. He made his feature directing debut with Traitor, based on his own screenplay, which starred Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce. While continuing to work in features as a screenwriter and director, Nachmanoff also began establishing a name in television, directing the pilots for the drama series Detroit 1-8-7 and Chicago Fire, and two episodes of the Emmy® Award–winning series Homeland. He also co-wrote the pilot for the upcoming series Legends, and is currently attached to direct the feature film American Assassin, starring Bruce Willis.

Raised in Arlington, Virginia, and London, England, Nachmanoff is a graduate of Harvard University and University of Southern California (USC) Film School. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.

RICK EID

(Executive Producer)

Hostages executive producer Rick Eid has been a writer/producer on several television series, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Guardian, Law & Order, Dark Blue –  which also starred Dylan McDermott – and was the co-creator and executive producer of Conviction. In addition to his television work, Eid has written essays for a variety of magazines and blogs, including Forbes, Mirabella and Elle.

Prior to his writing career, Eid was a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.
