Jamie Takes Nation's Favourites to the Next Level

The series, which will air later this year, will be packed full of reinvented British classics, nostalgic comforters, outdoor treats and scrumptious puds – all designed to put a smile on your face.

From the tastes of childhood to guilty pleasures, the series is crammed with lip-smacking, show-stopping dishes associated with happy memories of home, weekends, holidays, celebrations and special occasions.

Brimming with inspiring ideas, audacious combinations and some seriously clever cooking the new series will be filmed at Jamie’s home in Essex. The passionate chef will show just how to get the grub we love right every time, with superb recipes, tips and tricks.

Jamie’s Comfort Food (w/t) is commissioned by Head of Features, Gill Wilson, and Features Commissioning Editor, Nick Hornby. The series is made by Fresh One productions and is due to air later this year on Channel 4. It ties in with a new book published by Michael Joseph.
