Last night at the Amnesty Awards there were wins for Channel 4 in the Documentaries and TV News categories.

Escape from ISIS, a Channel Dispatches, received the top prize in the documentary field.  The film features exclusive covert footage, shot by an activist cell inside the so-called Islamic State and exposes the brutal regime suffered by millions of women living under ISIS - and the extraordinary story of a secret underground network trying to save them.

At the prestigious Foreign Press Association Media Awards on Tuesday night, Channel 4 took home the two broadcast journalism awards.

Escape from ISIS took home the TV Feature Story of the Year award.

While Ramita Navai and Channel 4 News had success in the TV News Story of the Year category for a powerful investigation tracking down Macedonia's migrant kidnap gang.
