River Oliver makes TV debut on dad Jamie's C4 Christmas show

And it doesn’t stop with Christmas Day, as Jamie serves up a delicious Boxing Day leftovers recipe – turkey risotto. There are also cocktails and a classic Beef Wellington.

Jamie’s Ultimate Christmas will be shown on Channel 4 on December 19th at 8.00pm. A book to accompany the programme – Jamie Oliver’s Christmas Cookbook – is published by Michael Joseph/Penguin.
