Nigella Lawson
Nigella Lawson is an internationally renowned food writer and TV cook with nine bestselling books to her name, including How to Eat, How to be a Domestic Goddess, Nigella Bites, Nigella Express, Kitchen: Recipes from the Heart of the Home, and, most recently, Nigellissima: Instant Italian Inspiration.
Several successful TV series and her recent iPhone App, Nigella Quick Collection, have made hers a household name around the world. She lives in London with her children.
Anthony Bourdain
Author, TV host, and producer Anthony Bourdain is best known for traveling on his stomach, on his TV show Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. He is the author of the bestselling Kitchen Confidential, as well as A Cook’s Tour, Medium Raw, and several other titles.
His work has appeared in The New Yorker, New York Times, Times of London, Bon Appetit, and many other publications. His publishing line, Anthony Bourdain Books, an imprint of HarperCollins, released its first titles in 2013.
Anthony is also a mentor on the US version of The Taste, which will return for a second season on ABC in 2014.
Ludo Lefebvre
Ludo Lefebvre is one of the most influential chefs in Los Angeles dining. The French-born chef is credited with pioneering the LA pop up restaurant movement through the launch of LudoBites. His first bricks and mortar modern fine dining restaurant, Trois Mec received widespread critical acclaim and continues to win prestigious accolades.
He made a name for himself as the executive chef at L’Orangerie and Bastide, where he quickly established a reputation for his ability to combine Old World simplicity and New World imagination. Most recently, Ludo has opened LudoBird; a fried chicken food concept restaurant within the STAPLES Center.
Ludo is also a mentor in the US version of The Taste and has also appeared on Ludo Bites America, Top Chef Masters, Iron Chef America and The Today Show in the States. He has published two cookery books: Crave, A Feast of the Five Senses and LudoBites, recipes and stories from the pop-ups of Ludo Lefebvre.
