Gok's Teens: The Naked Truth

Here are the best programmes on Channel 4 for week 6, Saturday 4th -  Friday 10th February.

If your birthday takes place in week 6, you will take part in Countdown next month, where you will make a colossal prat of yourself, failing to get any words longer than four letters. The embarrassment will be such that all family and friends will abandon you, and you will end up living in a tent on Dartmoor with a man called Roger with poor personal hygiene.

Davina McCall guides more pairs of contestants as they face the daunting Drop in the hopes of taking home some seriously big money. Contestants are given one million pounds at the top of the show; all they have to do is keep hold of it over eight tricky questions... Players at home can also play along with a virtual million pounds.

The Hotel 6/8

Romance is in the air as two loved-up couples check into the Grosvenor. Meanwhile, recently separated manager Mark has decided to re-open the hotel's nightclub; not in the hope of finding a new partner, but in an attempt to cash in. He's looking for ideas for the club from the staff and Christian thinks he's come up with the perfect solution to reinvigorate the hotel: an 'omni-sexual' club night called 'Fusion'.

Network premiere of Robert Schwentke's romantic sci-fi drama, based on the bestselling novel by Audrey Niffenegger. Henry (Eric Bana) is a research librarian who experiences an unusual genetic condition: he's prone to 'fits' which result in him arriving at some point in the not-too-distant future or past. Wherever/ whenever he ends up, it always relates directly to his personal life. However, this causes him his biggest problem: the regular disappearances have begun to take their toll on his relationship with his wife Clare (Rachel McAdams)...

Festival A&E, the final edition of the series, follows the teams of on-site medics at three of Britain's biggest musical events - Wireless festival in London's Hyde Park, GuilFest in Surrey, and Wickerman festival in Scotland - as they deal with the highs and lows of the nation's festival fever. The film follows the volunteers of the St John Ambulance as they take in all manner of intoxicated and injured festival goers.

Gok's Teens: The Naked Truth 1/3

Gok Wan offers a helping hand to the nation's teens in this brand new three-part series from the makers of How to Look Good Naked. Having struggled with his own body image as a teen Gok draws on personal experience, as well as seeking expert advice, in order to offer the next generation the confidence and self-belief they need to tackle their issues and anxieties: from body confidence and sexuality, to bullying and simply being different. In this first episode Gok meets teens who suffer from body dysmorphia. He explores the unobtainable images of perfection so many teens strive for through the eyes of an internet-obsessed 15-year-old girl.
