Channel 4 is the name of our streaming service as well as our main linear channel. It is home to our biggest titles like The Piano, The Last Leg, The Great British Bake Off and 24 Hours in Police Custody. Every genre commissions into Channel 4 (except Digital).

E4 is a mixed genre entertainment channel aimed at 16-34s, commissioning some of the biggest reality shows in the UK – Married At First Sight, Made In Chelsea, Celebs Go Dating – and acquiring some of the biggest Comedy shows from the US (Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Modern Family). To pitch to E4, you can either go through your relevant genre or pitch to E4 Commissioning Editor Mel Bezalel directly.

E4Xtra is made up of the best, young skewing comedy and entertainment from the Channel 4 portfolio. It is home to scripted and unscripted acquisitions like The Inbetweeners, Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, and Total Wipeout, as well as audience favourites like Taskmaster, Impractical Jokers and Derry Girls. We do not commission for E4Xtra.

More4 brings viewers lifestyle and history documentaries, an insight into the royals and British life, plus US dramas and the finest foreign language shows from Walter Presents. The slate is made up of a mix of acquisitions and new commissions (which mainly come through our Daytime & Features, Documentaries and Specialist Factual teams).

4Seven lets linear viewers catch up on the biggest recent programmes if they missed them the first time. It is essentially a repeat channel and we do not commission new content for 4Seven.

Film4 showcases some of the best films from the UK and around the world. This channel shows film acquisitions and does not commission original content.

The Box Plus Network, which includes 4Music, gives viewers the biggest and best music hits from a range of genres including pop, rock and rap. We do not commission original content for this channel.
