Audio Description is currently available on tvOS, Roku and Now TV devices. We are working towards AD availability on our other Smart TV and Games Console apps. Our C4 Streaming website and mobile apps also support Audio Description.
Where available, Audio Description is represented by an 'AD' icon next to an episode. Select the '*' on your remote control for accessibility services on Roku and Now TV and to enable Audio Description during a programme. An 'Audio Described' category is available within the Channel 4 app on Roku and Now TV devices.
Across the Channel4 Streaming platforms which support Audio Description, around 40% of our programme hours have this service available, and we’re adding new titles all the time.
