Ahead of the Paralympic Games, Great Britain's greatest ever Paralympian, Dame Sarah Storey, meets some of her team mates to discuss their preparation, motivation and inspiration for Paris. Sarah shares training sessions with Paralympic legends like wheelchair athlete Hannah Cockroft, table tennis player Will Bayley and boccia star David Smith, as well as with the less experienced track cyclist Jaco van Gass and swimmer Suzanna Hext. Like Sarah herself, they all have high hopes for gold, creating an anticipation and feeling that Paris 2024 will be a Paralympics to remember.

PATH TO PARIS: PARALYMPIC DREAMS at 4.55pm

The second documentary in the two-part series that follows British athletes as they prepare for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With intimate access to their training and home lives, we see how the athletes - supported by coaches, parents and loved ones - invest everything to get to the start line this summer. With unique insights into the mental and physical preparations, we share in every triumph and setback on the road to Paris. This episode features long jumper Zak Skinner, wheelchair racers Hannah Cockroft and Nathan Maguire, sprinter Jonnie Peacock, and shot put and discus thrower Funmi Oduwaiye. With access to their coaching teams and day-to-day training programmes, we follow the Paralympians as they navigate the stresses of life as top-level performers preparing for the most important moment of their careers. This film offers a unique insight into the mentality and physicality of elite Paralympians as they fight to represent their country. And para-athletic legends Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson, Aled Davies, Danny Crates and Stefanie Reid speak about their Paralympic journeys and what it will take for this year's athletes to succeed.

EQUAL PLAY

The award-winning documentary Equal Play explores the transformative power of sports for disabled people through the experiences of two British children. Marley discovers his confidence in boxing. Tammy is inspired by a Paralympic star to explore wheelchair racing. The film follows their fight against the systemic barriers that threaten their access to sports and physical education, and captures the nuanced joy and empowerment that sport brings to disabled individuals, highlighting the positive change that inclusion can create.

PATH TO PARIS: THE HUNT FOR GOLD
With access to their coaching teams and day-to-day training programmes, we follow a group of athletes, (800m runner Keely Hodgkinson, 1500m runners Josh Kerr and Jake Wightman, and high jumper Morgan Lake), as they navigate the stresses of life as top-level performers preparing for the most important moment of their careers. 

SOPHIE MORGAN'S FIGHT TO FLY
In this powerful documentary, Sophie Morgan sends a group of disabled travellers undercover to expose the shocking service they can experience when flying. From wheelchairs being broken to a passenger having to drag himself on the floor to use the toilet, this important programme reveals the battle that disabled flyers face. Determined to inspire change, Sophie visits both the White House and Downing Streetand also discovers an invention that could allow passengers to stay in their wheelchairs while flying. Sophie also becomes the first British female paraplegic to take a zero-gravity flight, to show that if you can make aerospace accessible, aviation should be too.
