We have added an automatic timeout to our Watch Live service to ensure that streaming stops if nobody is watching. This helps us to conserve resources. Streaming will resume if you respond to the prompt.

There are two ways to unsubscribe:
1. By following the instructions at the bottom of the emails you are receiving. This allows you to unsubscribe directly from the email itself.
2. By signing in to your Account page on Channel4.com. Click on My4, select account settings, my communications, on this page you will see all the emails that you are currently subscribed to. Click on the Unsubscribe button to cancel.

To delete your Channel 4 account and fully anonymise all your personal data that we hold, sign in on the channel4.com website, click on 'My 4' in the top navigation bar. Select the 'Account settings' and click on 'Close Your account' tab.
Click on the 'Close Account' button and then again on the next page to reconfirm you wish to close Your account.
