If you have not already downloaded the app:
- Go to the Roku Channel Store from the home screen
- Find Channel 4 in the Film and TV genre
- Select Add Channel
- To immediately launch, select Go to Channel
- This will download the channel to the My Channels area on your home screen

Audio Description is currently available on tvOS, Roku and Now TV devices. We are working towards AD availability on our other Smart TV and Games Console apps. Our C4 Streaming website and mobile apps also support Audio Description.
Where available, Audio Description is represented by an 'AD' icon next to an episode. Select the '*' on your remote control for accessibility services on Roku and Now TV and to enable Audio Description during a programme. An 'Audio Described' category is available within the Channel 4 app on Roku and Now TV devices.
Across the Channel4 Streaming platforms which support Audio Description, around 40% of our programme hours have this service available, and we’re adding new titles all the time.

Channel 4 streaming is not available on the LG 2020 model, but can be accessed on the LG 2021 model or via a number of other devices and platforms, such as Freeview, Roku/Now TV, PS 3/4, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Virgin and Sky.

Subtitles are currently supported on YouView, Playstation, Xbox, Roku, Amazon Fire, Freeview Play, Freely, Samsung devices and on our content available on Sky and Virgin.
Most of our recent content will have subtitles available. If subtitles are available, there will be a speech bubble icon to indicate availability. Subtitles are activated by selecting the subtitles icon with your remote control.

Subtitles for on-demand content are supported on the Channel 4 Streaming website, the iPhone and iPad app, the Android app, YouView, Playstation, Xbox, Roku, Amazon Fire, Freeview Play, Freely, Samsung devices and on our content available on Sky and Virgin. Subtitles are supported on live content for all platforms with the exception of Samsung and XBox.
Subtitles are also available on downloads on the iOS and Android apps.
99.9% of the content on the C4 Streaming service has the subtitles feature.
